Server Component Categories

Upgrading or replacing components is the most cost-effective way to extend the working life of enterprise hardware. More RAM improves virtualization density and database performance. Adding NVMe storage dramatically increases I/O throughput. Replacing aging HDDs with SSDs eliminates the most common cause of unexpected server downtime.

Memory (RAM)

DDR4 RDIMMs and LRDIMMs for 14th and 15th gen Dell PowerEdge and HPE ProLiant Gen 9/10 servers. DDR5 RDIMMs for 16th gen Dell PowerEdge (R660, R760, R760xs). Memory is stocked in 16GB, 32GB, 64GB, and 128GB RDIMM configurations, with 128GB LRDIMMs available for maximum-density deployments. All memory is tested with diagnostic passes before listing.

Storage — SSD and HDD

SAS SSDs, SATA SSDs, NVMe drives, SAS HDDs, and SATA HDDs across standard enterprise form factors (2.5" SFF and 3.5" LFF). SAS drives are tested with SMART data verified and bad sectors remediated before listing. NVMe drives are verified via PCIe connectivity tests. Compatible drive caddies and tray adapters are stocked for PowerEdge and ProLiant models.

Processors

Intel Xeon Scalable processors (Skylake-SP, Cascade Lake-SP, Ice Lake-SP, Sapphire Rapids, Emerald Rapids) for 14th through 16th gen Dell PowerEdge and HPE ProLiant. AMD EPYC processors for compatible platforms. Processors are graded by condition and tested for correct identification and thermal management before listing.

RAID Controllers

Dell PERC H730P, H740P, H840, and HBA330 for PowerEdge platforms. HPE SmartArray P816i-a, P408i-a, and E208i-a for ProLiant. Controllers are tested for firmware recognition and initialization before listing.

Power Supplies, Rails, and Accessories

Redundant power supply units (PSUs) for PowerEdge and ProLiant servers — 750W, 1100W, and 1600W configurations. Rail kits for rack mounting. Cable kits for drive backplane and power configurations. Blank faceplates and drive bay fillers for thermal management.

Do server components from Enterasource come with a warranty?

Yes. Components include a minimum 90-day warranty; select items carry 1-year or 2-year coverage depending on the component type. Warranty terms are listed on each product page.

Both. OEM components (Dell, HPE, Supermicro original parts) and compatible third-party alternatives are stocked across most categories.
