DDR4 server memory operates at 2133, 2400, 2666, and 3200 MT/s depending on the processor and platform. All memory is tested with full diagnostic passes before listing — not just visually inspected.
RDIMMs (Registered DIMMs) are the standard choice for most server deployments up to 1.5TB total per 2-socket server. LRDIMMs (Load-Reduced DIMMs) use a buffer chip to reduce the electrical load on the memory controller, enabling higher DIMM counts and maximum memory configurations (up to 3TB for R640, up to 8TB for R750) that would not be possible with RDIMMs alone.
